Tridel is Canada’s leading developer and builder of condominium residences with more than 80 years of home building experience. The company is determined to develop condominium communities that meet the needs of today’s homeowners while safeguarding the well-being of future generations. By focusing on innovation including social networking, environmentally sustainable design, performance in construction and corporate stewardship, they are working to meet this goal.

This is the first corporate social responsibility report released by Tridel. It highlights their initiatives in the workplace, the community and for the environment. The report is designed with a layout that translates both to print (as a small booklet) and for various digital platforms. The booklet version is also printed using water-based vegetable inks on uncoated, FSC recycled paper produced using renewable biogas.
