The Institute for Canadian Citizenship (ICC) is working with a passionate national network to unlock Canada for newcomers. Through programs like Enhanced Citizenship Ceremonies and Canoo Cultural Access Pass, special projects, live events and research they inspire inclusion, celebrate newcomers, and encourage active citizenship.

We were approached by ICC to help connect the many programs and projects of the organization under one brand and articulate the new direction through a new website. After conducting stakeholder engagement with their many audiences, we reframed the website as a vehicle for their content helping position them as thought leaders. We were able to consolidate all of ICC’s activities under one ‘roof’ weaving them into a single brand that encourages active citizenship.

A unique and key feature of the website is the Citizenship and Immigration Dashboard. This dashboard interprets and visualizes the latest immigration data released by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada. This interactive tool exposes patterns and helps tell the story of immigration and citizenship in Canada, informing research and policy positions.
